📦 Return Policy – Trendysland

At Trendysland, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your items under the terms below.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order – without giving any reason.

✅ Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must remain attached.

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt via email at support@trendysland.com.

  • You must send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.

📩 How to Return:

  1. Email us at contact@trendysland.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm and send you return instructions.

  3. Carefully pack and ship the item to the address we provide.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect**, we will cover the return shipping cost.

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • We will refund you via the original payment method.

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

❌ Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, earrings), unless faulty

📦 Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
